Welcome to Cruoo. These terms outline how our platform works and the rules that apply when you book an experience with us.

Our Role

Cruoo operates as a marketplace connecting travellers with independent, local outdoor operators in Kerala. We handle the booking, secure the payment, and facilitate communication. We do not own the boats, employ the guides, or operate the experiences ourselves.

Operator Responsibility

The local operator hosting your experience is solely responsible for providing the service, maintaining their equipment, and ensuring compliance with local safety regulations. While we carefully vet our partners, the operator is the principal provider of your experience.

Guest Responsibilities

By booking an experience, you agree to follow the safety instructions provided by your host or guide. You also agree to arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Cruoo and its hosts reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving unsafely or disrespectfully to the local environment.

Payments & Cancellations

All bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our secure gateway. Changes and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which is explicitly detailed on every listing and in your booking confirmation.

Liability

Cruoo acts purely as a booking intermediary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cruoo is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage to personal property that occurs during the experience itself. Any such claims must be directed to the operator.
