We know plans change, especially when travelling. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local operators.
How Cancellations Work
Every experience on Cruoo clearly displays its specific cancellation policy on the booking page. While some operators may have custom terms, the vast majority follow our standard default schedule (shown below).
Operator Cancellations
Your safety is our priority. If an operator cancels your experience due to severe weather, unsafe water conditions, or an unexpected emergency, you will always receive a 100% full refund automatically, no questions asked.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Our hosts and guides run on strict schedules. If you are significantly late and miss your scheduled departure, it is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. We strongly recommend arriving at the designated meeting point 15 minutes prior to your slot.
Refund Processing
When a cancellation is initiated, any eligible refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
