The figure we quote is the figure you pay. Everything below is settled up front so there is nothing to discuss when you arrive.

Cab bookings don't go through online checkout — we arrange each one personally. Give us 12 hours and the car will be there.

We come back with the vehicle type and one all-in figure. Nothing is booked, and nothing is owed, until you say yes.

Before you message us
How far in advance should I book a cab?
At least 12 hours before pickup. We can often arrange something sooner, but 12 hours is what lets us guarantee the vehicle and the driver you were quoted.
Can I book a Kerala cab online on Cruoo?
Not yet. Cab bookings are arranged personally over WhatsApp or by phone so we can confirm the vehicle, the route and one all-in fare with you first. Our boating and kayaking experiences do have instant online booking.
What is included in the fare?
The quoted figure covers the vehicle, fuel, driver allowance, tolls and parking for the agreed route. Anything you add on the day — an extra stop, a longer wait — is agreed with you before it is charged.
Do you cover airport pickups at night?
Yes. Trivandrum airport pickups run around the clock, and we track your flight number so the driver waits for the actual landing time rather than the scheduled one.
Which areas of Kerala do you cover?
We are based in the Trivandrum region — Kovalam, Poovar and Varkala are our most-run routes — and we arrange one-way and multi-day trips anywhere in Kerala, including Alleppey, Thekkady and Munnar.
How do I pay for the cab?
You settle directly with us when the trip is confirmed or on the day, depending on the route. We tell you which applies when we send the fare — there is no online payment step for cabs.
