Booking & Rescheduling

Most questions about your specific booking, including meeting points and host details, can be found in your booking confirmation email. If you need to change your date or time, you can usually manage this directly from your 'Bookings' page.

On the Day of Your Trip

If you're having trouble finding the jetty or need immediate assistance right before your trip, please call your host directly. Their exact contact number and boarding PIN are provided in your confirmation email and the reminder message sent 2 hours prior to departure.
